Holiday delights and regional delicacies

Enjoyment and relaxation are top priorities on holiday. In addition to the new wellness and spa area, we also pamper our guests with culinary delights at the highest level. Regional products are converted into popular delicacies and served as part of the gourmet board. A large part of the dairy and meat products we use come from our own farm. Our farm works sustainably, responsibly and naturally. The cows and goats spend the summer on our meadows and Alpine pastures – this means we can provide food of the highest quality. Our suppliers include mountain farmers from the region, Austrian producers and environmentally conscious farmers. A concious approach that begins with animal husbandry and fruit and vegetable cultivation and extends to service to the guest.

Summer

In summer, you can enjoy here with us:

  • Indulgent breakfast with regional and home-made products: Cereals, various types of bread and pastries, farm butter, home-made jam, various cold cuts and cheeses, fruit juice and a selection of coffee and tea promise a successful start to the day. 
  • 5-course evening menu with a choice of 3 main dishes: Fish, meat and vegetarian dishes are freshly prepared according to regional and international recipes – look forward to Pinzgau specialities and healthy delicacies as part of our pampering gourmet half-board.
  • In summer, both breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed on the terrace.
  • Cosy barbecue evening in summer with Austrian and international delicacies
  • Exclusive gala dinner once a week
  • Culinary journey to Italy once a week in the form of our Italian buffet
  • Delicious appetizers from the buffet
  • Dessert buffet with a selection of sweet delicacies
  • Daily salad buffet with crispy fresh variations
  • Daily vegetarian menu (gluten-free on request)

  • New spa area with three different saunas, wellness-relaxation rooms, exit to the outdoors and Kneipp area in the bathing pond for more space to relax
  • Late check-out area with showers and changing rooms for even more holiday time (you can use the arrival & departure day as an extra vacation day)
